Delivery & expiry

What the planned digital card includes—and what the 24-hour window means.

Digital, not physical

The planned product is delivered by email as a private card link. It is not a printed card and there is no physical shipping. Public delivery is unavailable on this showcase; the sample below is illustrative. Delivery timing and any checkout disclosures will be finalized before paid orders open.

Twenty-four hours after reveal

The card service is designed to start its viewing window when the recipient deliberately completes the opening and reveals the card—not when you send the email or someone merely loads the initial page. Reopening or using another tab does not extend the window. After expiry, the viewing endpoints stop serving that card and photo.

Optional PDF keepsake

A planned $0.50 USD add-on provides a static two-page PDF: one opening page and one finished-card page. It does not animate. Saved attachments and screenshots remain outside our control after the viewing link expires. PDF viewers control their own zoom.

Private links and email delivery

Anyone with an active viewing token may be able to view the card, so do not share the link publicly. The link is not an identity check for the named recipient. Verify email addresses; provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox arrival. Spam filtering, bounces and provider outages can affect delivery.

Storage and help

Viewing expiry is distinct from deletion. The paid service’s final retention policy will be published before launch. This public showcase stores no customer cards or photos. Questions? Email cardsurp@gmail.com.
